Audio Converter Plus converts audio entirely on your device. Your files, their contents and the results of a conversion are never uploaded anywhere — neither to the developer’s servers nor to anyone else. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising identifiers, and it does not sell or share data with anyone.
There are exactly three cases in which the app talks to the network.
Artwork lookup. If automatic artwork loading is enabled in the settings (it is on by default) and a file has no artwork of its own, the app sends the artist name and the track title — only those two fields, taken from the file’s tags or from a CUE sheet — to https://garage-projects.ru. The server looks the track up in the Apple Music catalogue and returns an image link, which is then downloaded from Apple’s servers. The file itself, its name and any other tags are never sent. You can switch the lookup off in the settings, and artwork will then only come from the file or from the track’s folder.
Ideas and feature requests. If you open that section yourself and post an idea or vote for someone else’s, the title and text of your idea (or the vote) are sent to https://radiox-project.ru together with a random identifier that the app creates the first time you open the section and stores on your device. The identifier is not tied to your Apple Account, your name or your email address; it exists only so that you can edit or delete your own idea. You can delete your idea from inside the app. Until you post or vote, nothing is sent to that service.
Update check. Only in the build downloaded from the developer’s website: it asks https://garage-projects.ru for the latest version number, sending the app’s bundle identifier. The App Store build contains no such code at all — it is updated through the App Store only.
As with any website, the developer’s web server keeps a technical access log: IP address, date and time, the requested address and the client version. These records are used solely to operate the service and to protect it from abuse, and they are not matched to your identity.
Settings, equalizer presets, bookmarks for the folders you picked and the file list are stored locally, inside the app’s sandbox. A settings backup is an ordinary file that you save yourself, wherever you choose. Tags, artwork and analysis results (spectrogram, loudness, checksums) are computed on the device and are never sent anywhere.
The app runs in a sandbox and only sees what you choose yourself: files and folders added through the open panel, by drag and drop, from the clipboard or with “Open With”, plus the destination folder. That access is kept as bookmarks so the app does not have to ask again on every launch. The microphone, camera, location, contacts, calendar and media library are not used.
The app is not directed at children and does not collect age information.
The app does not collect personal data in the usual sense, so there is normally nothing to erase. If you have posted ideas or feature requests, you can delete them in the app or write to the developer, and they will be removed together with the identifier attached to them. To stop all network activity, turn off automatic artwork loading and do not open the ideas section.
If this policy changes, a new “last updated” date will appear here, and any substantive change will be described in the release notes.

Brim CAD does not collect, store or share any personal data.
It has no account and no sign-in.
It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
It does not connect to the internet.
Your projects, exported models and saved parts stay on your Mac, in the places you choose. The app reads a file only when you open or import it, and writes a file only when you save or export it. When you use Open in a slicer, the model is written to a temporary folder inside the app’s own container and handed to the slicer you chose.
The Sundial asks for your location only when you press Use Where I Am. Your latitude and longitude set the angles of the dial. They are used on your Mac, are not stored by the app and are never sent anywhere. You can type a latitude by hand instead, and you can turn location access off at any time in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Your preferences, such as the printer size and the slicer you picked, are kept in the app’s settings on your Mac.
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
